Bayli (Baker) Thompson was born into the dance and entertainment industry. With an Emmy-award-winning choreographer for a mom, she grew up mentored by some of the biggest choreographers and directors in the world. At 12-years-old, she became the youngest principal dancer in High School Musical 1, 2 and 3, and started choreographing professionally just two years later.

Through her career, Bayli has had the privilege of choreographing for the Disney Channel, working with Hans Zimmer, dancing on world tours, and working on countless commercials, music videos, and films. This has given her the opportunity to educate and inspire thousands of young dancers worldwide.

While gaining professional industry experience, Bayli continued her education and became a Certified Health & Life Coach. She has always been passionate about the development of young dancers as whole, unique individuals and not just as performers. This is what led her to create Shifting Pointe.
